I am a Researcher at "Instituto de Engenharia Mecanica e Gestao Industrial" (INEGI). I am a member of the Advanced Joining Process Unit (AJPU) of INEGI. My main research areas are joining, welding and metallurgy. I have conducted several academic researches as well as industrial projects in the field of welding, failure analysis of materials and materials engineering. Working as a professor at the university since 2015, several MSc theses have been carried out under my supervision. I have taught main courses in the fields of welding, physical metallurgy and materials science.
