Silvia Dello Russo holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Universitá Sapienza of Rome, Italy, and in 2010 she received the award for the best PhD theses in organizational psychology by the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP). She was post-doc researcher at Universitá Sapienza (Rome, Italy) and visiting post-doc researcher at Aston Business School (Birmingham, UK, in 2011). She has been also visiting researcher at Catholic University of Rome (2012) and at WU - Vienna (2013 and 2014). She has been a researcher and assistant professor at ISCTE-IUL (2012 to 2018) and associate professor at TBS Education (Toulouse, France; 2019-2022). She currently is Associate Professor at Luiss Guido Carli University (Rome, Italy) and a researcher of the Business Research Unit (BRU) of ISCTE. She has received funding for her research projects by the FCT (DaILY in 2014; and REAL PAL in 2017) and the SIOP Foundation (in 2016). Her research has been published in such journals like: Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology: An International Review. She sits in the Editorial Board of The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Work, Aging and Retirement. She is a Representative-At-Large for the Career Division of the AOM and co-Chair of the HRM track of EURAM.
