Inês Ramos is a researcher at CBQF - Catholic University of Portugal since 2013, with a PhD degree in Biotechnology with specialization in Food Science and Technology, under the theme "Integrated approach on field solar drying, pilot convective drying and microstructure changes". She graduated in Chemical Engineering at FEUP - University of Porto.
