She has a PhD in chemistry and a master’s in chemical and biochemical engineering. Works on food safety and quality developing, validating and implementating analytical methods for determining sugar, vitamins and acrylamide by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) and multielemental determination of trace elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
