Consultant and researcher for both the industry and academy, holding a PhD in digital media from NOVA FCSH (Austin Texas University CoLab Program). In addition to my fifteen years as an Adobe® Certified Instructor and Expert, I have more than two years of experience as a digital product designer. University professor with thirteen years of experience complemented by two years as an Apple. Adobe. IADE Academy Coordinator, two years as Employability Coordinator and Head of Special Projects at Fabrica-IADE. Researcher at ICNOVA/NOVA FCSH, an R&D group with an ¿Excellent¿ rating from FCT. International Invitied Researcher at FIOCRUZ, Ceará, Brazil. Collaborating with scientific projects related to digital health and public basic health, particularly among vulnerable populations from Brazilian communities, seventeen articles are indexed in Scopus: Three Q1s were also indexed in the WOS published in 2022, two of them as principal authors. In 2022, the startup UXVolution emerged. Cláudia Pernencar and two Brazilian partners co-founded this project, which relates to user research for health. Our greatest strength is identifying, through design practices, points of innovation: digital experiences suitable for the user profile and business models behind the implementation of a digital product in health.
