Francisco Ferreira finished his MSc in Aquaculture and Fisheries in 2022 with a final score of 16 overall and an 18 on his dissertation, “The effect of different culture conditions on Gracilaria gracilis growth rate, proximate composition, and bioactivities”, and his BSc in Marine Biology and Biotechnology in 2019, both by the School of Tourism and Maritime Technology (ESTM), Polytechnic of Leiria. Previously worked as an iOS and MacOS Senior Technical Advisor for Concentrix from December 2022 until July 2024. Working with customers across the world to solve technical problems on both operating systems. Currently employed by MARE IPLeiria on a research fellowship, working on Food Biotechnology focused on Food Contact Materials and Packaging Compliance. Completed training courses in Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) and Food hygiene and safety.
