Graduated in Biology from the University of Vigo (Spain, 2019). Master in Advanced Biotechnology from the University of Vigo (Spain, 2021). Specialized, during the master thesis, in the extraction of bioactive compounds for food and pharmacological uses and carrying out molecular dockings between bioactive compounds and proteins at the Mountain Research Center (CIMO) associated with the Institio Politecnico de Bragança (IPB). Researcher at the University of Vigo in the nutrition and bromatology group. Participant in four European projects (2019 - 2024) highlighting the Sustainable and cost-effective production process for the upcycling of olive, grape and nut byproducts into 4 natural and healthy ingredients for nutraceutical and cosmetic applications (UP4HEALTH) project. With four article publications, two in Q1 (Health Promoting Properties of Bee Royal Jelly: Food of the Queens, and Bee Venom: An Updating Review of Its Bioactive Molecules and Its Health Applications) and the other two in Q2. Coauthor in four conference posters and six oral presentations in scientific congress.
