2021 - Current | European Young's Chef Award 2021: I shared with all the young chefs how nanotechnology can shape the future and help reduce
the food system's impact with new food solutions. In specific, she presented how to use 3D food printing to produce more sustainable
meat alternatives and then we concluded with a demonstration, and they also tried themselves.
