2025/02/13 - 2025/05/13 A 3-month cell culture training in a ML-II cell lab was performed. This course enabled the development of skills like culturing of cells (feeding, passaging, freezing and thawing), fixing and permeabilizing cells for sample preparation, extraction of cell membranes for nanoparticle coating, isolation of extracellular vesicles, and preparation of 3D spheroids, as well as viability assays, and fluorescent confocal microscopy and Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) flow cytometry.
