Over her 20 years, practice as a social worker, coordinated cultural and pedagogical projects and working with homeless children and indigenous population in the Cultural Foundation of Rio Branco / Acre; Collaborated in the development of distance learning projects at the University of Brasília / DF; Implemented and coordinated a pedagogical and cultural project with children and adolescents living in shelter in Salvador / BA; Led the human resources sector of the Psychiatric Hospital Juliano Moreira - Salvador / Bahia; Acted the professor and supervisor of the internship course of the Catholic University of Salvador / BA - School of Social Service; Supervised interns from the Social Service school of Federal Fluminense University; Worked as a Social Service supervisor in Niteroi's Family Doctor Program - Municipal Health Department, Niteroi/ RJ, in parallel to coordinating the committee for protection of children and adolescents within the same institution. Currently, she works in modern and contemporary history, social work and psychosociology, with emphasis on material culture, feminism, colonialism and postcolonial/decolonial studies.
