Violeta Meneses Carvalho completed the Integrated Master in Biomedical Engineering in 2020/06/22 at the University of Minho and her area of expertise is Biomaterials, Rehabilitation, and Biomechanics. She is a Ph.D. student of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minho, an invited assistant in the Production and Systems and Mechanical Engineering Department, and a Researcher at the Mechanical Engineering and Resource Sustainability Center (MEtRICs), Center for Microelectromechanical Systems (CMEMS) and ALGORITMI/LASI. During her Ph.D., she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct part of her research at Shin's Lab (Harvard Medical School - Department of Medicine - Brigham and Women's Hospital).
