João Pedro Pinto-Ferreira is Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law. He is also co-coordinator of the research project "IN_SOLVENS: Insolvency Law in Portugal - A Multidisciplinary Analysis" and coordinator of the civil procedure and insolvency branches of NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum. Research fields: Civil Procedure | Insolvency | Alternative Dispute Resolution | Consumer Law.
