Luana Sarinho completed the Integrated Master in Environmental Engineering in 2020 at the University of Aveiro, during which she spent 6 months on the University of Santiago de Compostela (Erasmus+). Currently she is a student of the doctoral program in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, focusing on the innovation in the production of saline by-products in industrial symbiosis, and works as a research fellow in a Agendas PRR. Her research interests include advanced oxidation processes, wastewater treatment, electrochemical processes , valorisation of industrial by-products, industrial eco-efficiency, and circular economy.
