Gabriel de Arruda Leite obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB - Portugal) in 2023 and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR - Brazil) in 2023. He took part in the double degree program between the two educational institutions. He is currently a student in the doctoral program in Intelligent Systems Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança since September 2024. During his undergraduate studies, he participated for one year (2021/2022) in the scientific initiation program linked to the project 'Application of Fuzzy Logic for the Implementation of a Micromouse Robot', dedicated to the development of systems for the identification and mapping of labyrinths. In addition, during the same period, he took part in the 'Robotics in Schools' extension program, dedicated to teaching robotics in schools. Since March 2023, he has been working as a research fellow at IPB's Digitization and Intelligent Robotics Research Centre (CeDRI). His main area of research is related to intelligent platforms and artificial intelligence, with a focus on data analysis, feature selection and personalized performance. He currently has 8 papers submitted/approved/published to international conferences and journals, two of which were recognized as best of conference.
