I have been working on molecular biology since the beginning, starting to work with plants (Arabidopsis thaliana) focusing on energetic stress pathways. After, I started to learn about microbiology, applying molecular biology on it. Throughout this path, I learnt about basic molecular biology software. Over the last years, I have been applying my experience about molecular biology on the fisheries research, studying marine fish and zooplankton communities’ biodiversity and their relationship through molecular techniques (e.g., metabarcoding) and bioinformatic analysis. Fish population structure is also another research scope though DNA fragment analysis.
