Tatiana Pereira has graduated in Marine Biology and Biotechnology (2017) and completed a Master's Degree in Marine Resources Biotechnology (2019) by the Polytechnic of Leiria - School of Tourism and Maritime Technology in Peniche, Portugal. Currently, she is a PhD student in Food Science and Technology and Nutrition at the University of Minho. Has published 9 articles in international journals and presented 6 oral presentations, having received 2 awards for “best student oral presentations”. Has participated in the projects Valormar and Algavalor and is working in the project INOV.AM.
