Mina Ghorbanbakhsh is an Architect and a Ph.D. candidate at the Iscte University of Lisbon, and a researcher at ISTAR- IUL research center. She previously, attended and granted in PhD programme of PAUI of Politecnicino di milano, Cycle 34 from 2018 until 2019 and Completed the Master of SC degree in Multi-scale design of Architecture and Urban design in 2016/07/28 at Politecnico di Milano with honor, Licence in Associate's degree in Architecture in 2009/07/20 at Islamic Azad University Babol Branch and Bachelor in Bachelor of Engineering Architecture in 2012/07/20 at Tabari Institute of Higher Education. After her graduation from POLIMI, she worked in several architecture offices in Milan and Parma, Taught as a teaching assistant for several years, and involved as an organiser and tutor in OC international workshops held in the Piacenza campus of Politecnico di Milano. She is currently analysing the Digitalization era and digital tools within the informal settlements through the participatory process, especially in Maputo. She has some publications and organised workshop, event and courses of Master degree, Participated in several event(s) and, Has received 3 awards and/or honours.
