Raquel António has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology (2020) and a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology (2011) - Iscte - University Institute of Lisbon. She is a Junior Researcher at the Centre for Psychological Research and Social Intervention (CIS - Iscte) and Invited Assistant Professor at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. She is currently coordinating a project supported by La Caixa Foundation and participated in several others as a team member. Raquel's research focuses on responses to prejudice and bullying among members of diverse advantaged and disadvantaged groups. She is also a member of the COST Action CA19103 on LGBTI+ Social and Economic (In)equalities. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Group Processes & Intergroup Relations, European Journal of Social Psychology, Archives of Sexual Behavior, and Aggressive Behavior. She is a board member of Associação No Bully Portugal.
