Currently, a Data Manager for Group Fusco where I'm responsible for creating, maintaining e migrating the Data Bases used by researches. I will also provide assistance in preparation of statistical analysis a results. Group Fusco is a part of the Department of Infectious Disease Epidemiology of the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine in Hamburg. Also, PhD Student in Mathematics at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa - FCT NOVA, with specialization in Statistics and Risk Management. I'll focus my research on epidemiology and the modeling of Mobility-Incidence Relationships. Worked at AIG Europe as a Regional Accident & Health Underwriting Analyst for EMEA for the past year. Graduated in Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management at ISEG, and master in Applied Mathematics from Nova FCT with specialization in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics and Operational Research. Awarded with the Fundação Económicas Excelência KPMG merit scholarship for three consecutive years and a Scientific Initiation Scholarship in Operations Research while in BSc. Awarded with Best Student in Operations Research by the Portuguese Association of Operations Research and Nova FCT while in MSc in 2021. Awarded with the Prémio SPE 2022, an award given by the Portuguese Statistical Society (SPE) to young researchers. Best student of my master in the 21/22 scholar year. Very interested in Epidemiology, Operations Research and Data Science. Always pursuing new challenges and knowledge.
