This is the 12th event of a series of international conferences started in 1979. The aim is to provide an opportunity for the presentation and discussion of recent results to mathematicians working in the field, specially in the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, functional differential equations, dynamical systems, and their applications.
