Mojtaba Kamarlouei completed the Master in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering in Amirkabir University of Technology and Bachelor in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering in Chabahar Maritime University. He is a research assistant and PhD candidate at Centro de Engenharia e Tecnologia Naval e Oceanica (CENTEC) since 2017/09/15.
