Filipa Macedo Coutinho de Oliveira Soares

Filipa Coutinho Soares completed her PhD in Macroecology at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. She did a postdoc at the Centre d'Écologie et des Sciences de la Conservation, affiliated with the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris (France), where she studied the impact of species translocation on functional and phylogenetic diversity across various spatial scales. Currently, she is a postdoc researcher at BIOPOLIS | CIBIO-InBIO (Portugal), focusing on the compilation and analysis of terrestrial vertebrate mortality data related to roadkill, collisions, and electrocutions caused by transport and energy infrastructure.
