Catarina Barbosa completed her Master's Degree in Paleontology (U. Évora/FCT-UNL) in 2022 with the final average of 18,4/20, and her undergraduate degree in Biology in 2019. In March of 2022 she presented her dissertation "Floristic Endemism of the Carboniferous Douro Basin, with description of new species" for which she recieved the grade of 20/20. She published 2 scientific papers, one as primary author, with another one currently in press. Aside from that she participated in two conferences, IJUP and EJIP, where she presented a poster and an oral comunication, respectively.
