| 2024/10/24 - 2024/10/25 | The Polar Perspectives project was born with the idea of creating an international scientific network between scholars from
the humanities and social sciences whose main research interests lie in the Arctic and Antarctica. At the centre of the project
is an annual workshop that includes talks by diplomatic and military authorities, academics, independent researchers and postgraduate
students.
The first edition of Polar Perspectives will be dedicated to research centred solely on the Arctic region carried out by Brazil,
Italy and Portugal.
