Ana Isabel Bento is a PhD candidate in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Coimbra, where she also completed both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the same field. She is currently a research fellow on the AM2R - Mobilizing Agenda for business innovation in the Two Wheels sector - developing research on Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with a focus on the development of collaborative logistics networks, as well as the study of the role of logistics service providers, governance mechanisms, and dynamic capabilities within logistics triads. The dissemination of her work has been done at several international conferences, including EurOMA, and published in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters. In addition to her research, Ana Isabel Bento is currently an Invited Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Faculty of Science and Technology from the University of Coimbra, where she contributes to academic teaching in the field of Introduction to Management.
