Marlene Rafaela Cardoso Duarte Santos completed her Master's degree in Molecular Biology in Health at Escola Superior de Saúde Egas Moniz in 2015, following her Bachelor's in Marine Biology from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade do Algarve in 2013.
