Rocha, M. is graduated in Psychology by University of Porto, Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences (1998, UP. FPCE) Expertise of Psychotherapy for adolescents, young people, and adults. She also completed at the latter her PHD Attachment Relationships in Adolescent: relational contexts with parents, peers and romantic peer (2008, FCT grant). At 2012 she concluded her Post PhD, this time in Employability in higher education: psychosocial factors, extracurricular experiences, and career orientation in the (re)actualization of the transversal Competencies (FCT Grant), at the Catholic University of Portugal (UCP), Studies Center in Management and economics, Faculty of Economics and Management (Department of organizational behaviour [UCP-FEG-CEGE]). She co-authored 2 book chapters. She has 7 conference abstracts (proceedings) one of which she is the 1st author. Rocha, M. has a total of 42 Conference Papers/Oral communications, in 26 she is the 1st author, and in the remaining she was a co-author. She was the 1st author in 2 on 4 working papers, on the series by UCP-FEG-CEGE. The co-authored a book chapter on attachment, and she published co-authored papers in international journals, 6 as 1st author, 24 indexed journals with peer review, 12 of the latter in international journals with impact factor (ISI or Scopus). She participated as a researcher in 4 financed international projects and was on the Editorial Board of 2 national journals. She was an association member in 3 scientific committees and in 5 associated with higher education teaching or researcher. She taught 18th curricular units (1st/2nd cycles): Universities Portucalense, Lusíada, Católica, and at University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. She supervised 3 Master theses at UTAD and 7 internships in Education Psychology, Co oriented a Doctoral Thesis, and Participated 2 times at the Proof of Qualification of the Doctoral Program in Psychology at UP. FPCE. She participated as principal arguer in 15 public masters’ proofs invited by several Universities. As a clinical and health psychologist she supervised and participated as a co-therapist within UP. FPCE, and she worked as Emergency and Clinical Psychologist (CP) at CUF Hospital, Porto, as CP at the Psychiatric Clinic Dr. Paulo Milheiro Maia, as CP, VPP (group or individually) and as CP, psycho-pedagogical (SP) support (trainers and trainees) SGO (Porto and Matosinhos) and at Externato Santa Clara (Porto), as CP and as Vocational and Profession Psychologist (VPP) at Psicoglobal, lda, as CP at Center Clinical and Research (Porto), as CP and VPP, the latter individually or in groups, at the Schools of Arcozelo and Penafiel, and at the Center of Professional Formations of the Gold and Clocks industries (CINDOR, Gondomar). In the voluntary project acalma.online, she was one of the psychologists’ trainer on the crises Model, and also a volunteer and clinical supervisor. She provided recruitment and professional selection services (PROFISS, Quadros e Metas and IEFP). At IFEP she performed 350 hours of training with the unemployed (Bilan de Competences), and she build and applied a Study Skills program for parents and children. She also was a trainer, assessing the client’s needs, building training programs tailored, and training professional formative trainees. She was a trainer in professional courses. She is a Specialist in Education, an Advanced Specialist in Career and Career Development Psychology, and a Specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology (Portuguese Psychologists Order). She also does peer reviews when invited. Currently, she is a researcher integrated member at CEDH-Catholic University of Portugal, Human Development Studies Center, and Research team member at CLIL (Católica Learning Innovation Lab). She has been collaborating in the construction of activities to implement a pedagogical students-centred model, working with teachers, students and UCP’s stakeholders.
