Professor, since 2021, been in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at the School of Business Administration of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (ESCE/IPS) and European University, Portugal. Daniela has a PhD in Social Sciences with a specialty in Organizational Behavior from the ISCSP, University of Lisbon, Portugal. She has a master’s degree, too, in Human Resources from the European University of Lisbon. Daniela Lima is a member of Center for Administration and Public Policy. As a researcher, she has dedicated herself to the areas of Organizational Behavior, Wellbeing and Safety at Work.
