I have an MSci in Mathematics and Philosophy (2007) and a PhD in Philosophy (2012), both from the University of Bristol. I spent the first 5 years out of my PhD teaching full time at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, including in supervisory roles. I designed and delivered multiple courses, acted as mentor, tutor, seminar convener and even administrator; and I became a much better philosopher as a result. From 2017 to 2019 I was a CAPES post-doctoral researcher at IFCH-UNICAMP. I currently hold a research fellowship (investigadora contratada) in the ArgLab-IFILNOVA, Nova Universidade de Lisboa. I am also an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Bristol.
