Sara Sofia Félix is a PhD Student in Chemistry with a specialization in Physical Chemistry, and part of the Doctoral Programme in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Applied to Chemistry, Materials and Biosciences (PTNMRPhD). SF holds a Bachelor and a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from FCT-NOVA (concluded in 2016 and 2018, respectively). Currently, as a PhD Student, SF is working on liquid-liquid phase separation of intrinsically disordered proteins related to human diseases, by the technique of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, under the supervision of Dr. Eurico J. Cabrita and co-supervision of Dr. Douglas V. Laurents and Dr. Javier Oroz. The PhD is being carried out at the Biomolecular Structure and Interactions by NMR Laboratory at FCT-NOVA, and at the Protein Structure, Dynamics and Interactions by NMR Laboratory at IQFR-CSIC. SF as participated in 10 national and international conferences and courses, where was co-author of 4 poster presentations.
