My domain of specialization focuses in the field of microbiology and bioactive compounds. I have experience in the study of salmonella. My current research interests focus mainly on the three following topics: (1)Evaluation of nutritional characterization, (2) Functional profile and (3) Identification of complex gut microbial communities. Both wet-lab and computational biology approaches will be used to investigate this scope
