João Pedro Freire Duarte – MSc in Environmental Engineer from the University of Coimbra (2014). Researcher at the Laboratory for Wear, Testing & Materials (LED&MAT) in Instituto Pedro Nunes. The developed work covers several areas: synthesis of micronized inorganic products, recovery of industrial wastes, development of new products by additive manufacturing techniques and evaluation of environmental performance of products/services. He is an expert in analysis of environmental performance of products/services using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology through the participation of collaborative projects and external services.
