Gustavo Aybar Camposano is a Ph.D. candidate at the Lisbon Ph.D. in Social Psychology (LiSP) program. His project examines how lesbian and gay people manage their sexual identity to cope with stigmatization while accounting for demographic, cultural, and social factors. Initially, he trained as a clinical psychologist and a psychotherapist, working with and for marginalized groups and communities in the Dominican Republic. He also holds a joint social and cultural psychology degree specializing in global mobility, diversity, and inclusion.
