Ana Raquel initiated her musical studies in piano at the Conservatory – Madeira Arts Professional School. In 2019 she graduated in Musicology by the NOVA University of Lisbon – School of Social Sciences and Humanities and in 2021 she post-graduated in Data Analysis in the Social Sciences by the ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon – School of Sociology and Public Policy. In both cases she was distinguished as the best student with a final grade of 18/20. At the moment she is a PhD student in Ethnomusicology at the former superior institution (Alma Mater), the University of Granada and the University of Bologna. Ana Raquel's PhD is being financed by FCT, the Portuguese national funding agency for science, research and technology.
