Nowadays, research interests are studies of profiling and fingerprinting in grapes, wines and olive oils using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC)coupled to time-of-flight mass spectrometry, encompassing sample preparation techniques, mainly for varietal glicosydic volatile compounds.
