Pawel Tacikowski is a cognitive neuroscientist investigating brain mechanisms that underlie human cognition. He uses behavioral experiments, neuroimaging data, scalp electrophysiology, and intracranial neurophysiology. He received his Ph.D. in Psychophysiology from the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology (Poland) and his M.A. in Psychology from the University of Warsaw (Poland). He was a postdoc at Karolinska Institutet (Sweden) and an Assistant Project Scientist at the University of California, Los Angeles (USA). Currently, he is an Assistant Investigator at Coimbra University. He has published 17 peer-reviewed articles (total times cited: 1325; h-index: 16; source: Google Scholar).
