I am a PhD student at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. My main interest is in neutron stars - especially hybrid stars. I study the possibility of a quark-hadron phase transition at densities reachable by neutron stars. I use Bayesian inference to obtain large sets of equations that satisfy the observational data. I studied at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, where I received my Master's and Bachelor's degrees. My Master's thesis was on the implications of a smoother quark-hadron phase transition (crossover) in neutron stars. I have published 2 journal papers and 2 conference papers, and participated in 4 conferences in total.
