I am a young and motivated Biochemist with a PhD in this area with a greater focus on sustainable and biodegradable materials. In recent years, I have been working on the potential of valorize agrifood byproducts for bioplastics production. My work has given me experience in developing bioplastics from polysaccharides and proteins, from solvent-casting, melt-mixing, thermocompression, and extrusion, as well as all the necessary techniques to evaluate them. I enjoy working in a dynamic and proactive environment, with opportunities to develop new skills.
