Saulo Queiroz is a professor at the Department of Computer Science of the Federal University of Technology (UTFPR) in Brazil. He completed his Ph.D. with highest honor (summa cum laude) at the University of Coimbra (Portugal). During his academic graduation, he has contributed to open source projects in the field of networking, having participated in initiatives such as as Google Summer of Code. Over the last decade, he has lectured disciplines on computer science such as design and analysis of algorithms, data structures and communication signal processing. His current research interest comprises networking and signal processing for wireless communications.
