Ricardo Bessa Moreira is an Associate Professor at ULP - Universidade Lusófona (Porto). He was a Invited Professor with the rank of Assistant Professor at the University of Minho and is a Guest Adjunct Professor at ISLA. He has a PhD in Social Sciences, specialising in Psychology, from UFP - Fernando Pessoa University. He has dedicated his professional life to research in areas such as Human Resource Management, Power and Negotiation (having produced several articles, communications and posters in these areas) and to university teaching (also in terms of HRM teaching). He teaches the following subjects: Organisational Behaviour; Leadership and Organisational Governance, Psychosociology; Research Methodologies in Social Sciences; Group Dynamics and Conflict Management; Training Design and Management; Human Resources Management in Public Administration, Introduction to Contemporary Thought, among others
