As a PhD professor and researcher, I specialize in the fields of management, strategic management, economics, innovation, fintech, and digital assets. I am currently conducting research at the NOVA School of Business and Economics, focusing on microeconomics and its relationship to the labor market and human capital. In addition to my research work, I am an experienced professor at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where I teach subjects in management and strategic management. I have worked with national and international students and have supervised numerous master's theses, as well as participated in the jury of public presentations in various roles.
