I'm a Researcher engaged in international projects in the field of biodiversity, ecology and pollination biology. I received a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the Belgian University of Louvain (UCL) in 2017. Through the integrated academic training in Ecology and Evolution, I addressed fundamental questions in the field of pollination biology by studying the role of pollinators as drivers of genetic and phenotypic plant diversification. In 2018, I obtained a Postdoctoral Fellowship financed by The Wallonia Brussels International (WBI) World Excellence. I in collaboration with the Biodiversity, Biogeography and Conservation research group (IBBC) of cE3c (University of Lisbon) and the Tropical and Mediterranean Biodiversity group (TMB), I have investigated the factors driving variation in the structure and dynamics of plant-pollinator interactions through the study of ecological networks using Oceanic Islands as model systems. In 2021, I started a Postdoc funded by Marie Sklodowska Curie's COFUND action, that aims to study the factors of bee decline in an urban ecosystem.
