Cristina Galamba Marreiros is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the University of Évora and a researcher of the Centre for Advanced Studies in Management and Economics (CEFAGE). She earned her PhD in Marketing from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK), a MA in Agricultural Economics and a Bs in Zootechnical Engineering from the University of Évora (UE, Portugal). Her primary research interests encompass consumer behavior, agri-food marketing, and digital marketing. She has authored or co-authored over 40 articles and chapters in scientific journals and conference proceedings, with publications featured in reputable journals such as (among others) the International Journal of Consumer Studies, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Communication Today, PloSOne, Journal of Applied Business Research, and the International Review of Management and Marketing . Furthermore, she has supervised or co-supervised 44 master dissertations and 3 doctoral theses. She also authored two books in marketing and participated in 12 research projects financed by international and national agencies. She serves as vice-director of CEFAGE, of the management department of the UE, and pf the PhD Agribusiness and Sustainability. She also has served as a reviewer/evaluator for 7 international scientific journals and has been on the organization committee 25 scientific events.
