PhD in Sociology at the School of Sociology and Public Policy - ISCTE (funded by FCT - Foundation for Science and Technology); Master in Communication Sciences (Faculty of Human Sciences, Portuguese Catholic University) and Bachelor in Communication Design (Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon). Participated in the COST ACTION IS 1007 "Investigating Cultural Sustainability", studying policies and strategic plans in the area of culture and sustainable development in different European cities. Collaborated with INTELI (an innovation centre in Lisbon) on several local and European projects in the planning and development field related to creativity, culture and innovation policies.
