Ariana Santos completed her BSc and MSc degree in Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Coimbra, in 2018 and 2020, respectively. During her academic route she performed an ERASMUS+ internship in Poland and developed several curricular internships, in different areas of Chemistry, which gave her the opportunity to manipulate and try several experimental techniques, as well as to develop a critical spirit for the analysis of results. She was also involved in the organization of 1 event and participated in around 25 meetings and/or workshops. She is the main author of one scientific article submitted to an international journal, co-author of an article that is in preparation and the presenting author of a (panel) communication at a SPQ scientific meeting. Currently she is candidate to a 2021 PhD research scholarship, financed by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT).
