Pedro Silva Moreira has concluded his PhD in Health Sciences in 2019 at the School of Medicine - University of Minho, Portugal. He has published approximately 50 manuscripts in international peer-reviewed journals. Recently, he has been combining academic and business experience for studying decision-making processes, at behavioral and neurobiological levels. The combination of these valences - a field known as neuroeconomics - has been proposed as a tool of relevance for organizational sciences, potentiating the study of motivational and cognitive processes underlying the observable behavior in the context of organizations.
