João Nuno Lopes Barata. Concluiu o Doutoramento em Ciências e Tecnologias da Informação em 2015 pela Universidade de Coimbra. Professor Auxiliar do Departamento de Engenharia Informática da Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade de Coimbra. Investigador do CISUC - Centro de Informática e Sistemas da Universidade de Coimbra. Professor Adjunto Convidado do Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra, desde 2016. Foi responsável da unidade de sistemas e tecnologias de informação de um centro tecnológico durante 22 anos, tendo colaborado com mais de 300 empresas no desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação. Publicou mais de 70 artigos em conferências/revistas internacionais com revisão por pares, participando atualmente em 5 projetos de I&D. Associate Editor da revista Electronic Commerce Research. As principais áreas de interesse incluem a transformação digital, digital twin, supply chain management, governação tecnológica, standards, Indústria 4.0/ 5.0.
