OUSSAMA. B. HAJ. BELKACEM received the Engineer degree and the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications from Ecole "Nationale d'Ingenieurs de Sousse, University of Sousse, Tunisia" in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunications from the "Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Tunis (ENIT), University Tunis-EL-Manar, Tunisia" in 2015. Since 2010, he has been a Research Associate with the Innovation of Communicant and Cooperative Mobiles Laboratory (Innov'Com), "Ecole superieure de Communication (SUP'COM), University of Carthage". Since 2015, he has been an Assistant Professor with "Institut Superieur d'Informatique de Mahdia, University of Monastir, Tunisia". In 2024, he joined the Instituto de Telecomunicações as a Senior Researcher under a Postdoctoral Fellowship. His research activities focus on MIMO technologies, OFDM, NOMA, orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing systems, high power amplifier nonlinearity, PAPR reduction, energy harvesting, neural network compensation, space time coding, frequency equalization and performance analysis, channel coding. He has recently been awarded the Horizon Europe Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Post Fellowship Grant for his YAHYA-6G project proposal. for this sentence: In 2024, he joined the Instituto de Telecomunicações as a MSCA Follow. reformulate it to that that he joined the Instituto Telecomunicações de as a senir researcher under a post fellow
