Ana Jesus completed her BSc in Chemistry from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto in 2014 and her MSc in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto in 2017. She worked as a research fellow in nBTT - nanoBiomaterials for Targeted Therapies group at i3S - Institute for Research and Innovation in Science for 1 year and 3 months (2020-2021). Currently, she is a PhD student in the doctoral program PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Technology (2021 - 2025), which is funded by Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT). She is working in three main fields (Chemistry, Biology, and Pharmaceutical Technology) in her PhD project. Ana published ten scientific articles, and one book chapter. She participated in national and international congresses with more than 15 painel and oral communications. She supervised two students during her PhD project.
