Completed a PhD in Public Health in 2024 with a specialization in the field of Epidemiology by NOVA National School of Public Health. Previously completed a Msc in Public Health in 2018 by the same institution and a Bsc in Biomedical Science in 2014 by Universidade do Algarve. Currently works as a Researcher in NOVA National School of Public Health, since 2018, working in different projects and Invited Assistant in Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal Escola Superior de Saúde since 2020. Works with epidemiological research for over 7 years with experience in designing, analyzing and writing different types of studies, namely cross-sectional studies, ecological studies, longitudinal studies, systematic reviews and meta-analysis. Published 15 articles in peer-review journals. Participated in several events and has received 1 international awards. Works in the areas of Public Health; COVID-19; Long COVID: Vulnerable populations; Environmental health; Public Health Communication; Mental Health; Tuberculosis.
